IMPORTANT DATES
  • SEPTEMBER 29, 2023 - VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE DUE.
  • OCTOBER 18, 2023 - Tentative "acceptance" or "wait list" emailed. Accepted applications receive a contract.
  • OCTOBER 31, 2023 - Completed contract with $500 deposit due and required to secure vendor space.
  • NOVEMBER 30, 2023 - Full payment due.
  • DECEMBER 7, 2023 - Properly endorsed Certificate of Insurance (COI) due.
Missing these deadlines interferes with placement. Exhibitors will incur late fees if any of the above items are received after the deadline (application, completed contract, $500 deposit, full payment, COI).

IMPORTANT NOTES
  1. Make sure the information provided is complete and accurate as it is the only representation of your business for the selection process.
  2. The list of products you are requesting to sell/exhibit/promote/give away must be specific and detailed. Do not use generalizations (i.e., accessories, related products, or etc.). If a contract is issued, it will be assigned on the basis of this list only. The Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo reserves the right to select the items a company is allowed to sell. Only approved items will be listed on your contract.
  3. Any brochures, handouts, catalogs, literature, etc. that best describe your product should be included with the application and must be pre-approved for distribution during the Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo.
  4. If a contract is issued, the location of your space will be determined by management, but your preference is considered important to us, so please be sure and complete the location requests.
  5. Late applications, if accepted will be issued a $100 late fee.
